Users & Roles
Users:
The users tab will give you a list of all user names, Contact Number, Roles they are in, User Status (Active / Inactive), etc.
Actions:
- "Make the user Inactive" or "Change his role". for an Active User Status.
- "Make the user Active" for an Inactive User Status.
Upon changing his role, the user will receive an email indicating that his role has been changed.
At the same time, the following message will pop-up - "User Roles Updated Successfully".
Invite Users:
Go to Settings> Users & Roles> Users > Invite User
- You can fill details like First Name, Last Name, Email & Role to invite user(s)
- You can also bulk invite users - Click on Bulk Upload, a new window will appear.
- Click on "Download Template" in this new window.
Your Template file will be downloaded with necessary headers.
On the same window - select "Choose File" and select the filled Template file from your local folder. Users will be bulk uploaded.
Download Users:
One can download all user details via Download Excel Button
You will be prompted to save this File in your Local Folder:

Filter Users:
One can filter users via User Names, User Status & by their Roles:
Roles:
Go to Settings> User & Roles > Roles
Under All Roles you will find the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Description for each role, which will help you assign roles based on their responsibilities. This streamlines administration as permissions are managed at the role level, not for each user.
DMR includes roles of Admin, Manager, Checker, Maker 1, Maker 2, Maker 3, Viewer with download, Viewer without download.
To understand theses roles and the permission associated with these roles, the user can download the reference document provided to get a glimpse.
