DMR employs Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract data from uploaded PDFs. This intelligent process automatically generates a template specific to each supplier's format and captures key information like invoice number, invoice details, itemized breakdown, and other details.
Following data extraction, the DMR facilitates a collaborative approval workflow. Invoices progress through Maker, Checker, and Reviewer stages before being archived in the "Processed" Bucket. Simultaneously, the system transmits data to SAP for automatic parking and posting within the Accounts Payable (AP) cockpit. This ensures seamless synchronization and efficient invoice processing.
